Connecting Groups Build Strong Relationships. Connecting Groups are the heartbeat of church life! While Sundays is the time when we join together as one body in celebration, Connecting Groups provide a more intimate setting to allow fellowship, relationships and faith to flourish.
Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the Good News that Jesus is the Christ." Acts 5:42.
What can you expect when you join a Connecting Group? You can expect to embrace God’s word, encourage one another, pray together, and miss someone if they don’t show up. T h rough Connecting Groups, individuals become connected to each other, to God, and to our church family. The goal of Connecting Groups is to provide a smaller setting where authenticity can grow. These groups act as mini-churches of up to 15 or so people, meeting in homes weekly or bi-weekly in many communities in Calgary. Groups are forming all the time.
