We’re not all the same in our interests, our abilities or our learning styles. So, we’ve tried to design different ways for women to connect with other women, different ways for women to learn and different activities that would be of interest to a variety of women.

Women's Bible Study

Join us Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM in the Fellowship Room at Bethany Chapel

Ladies, join us as we study "THE LIFE WE LONG FOR" an InLight Bible Studies by Barbara Fuller, Director of Ministries with RSVP Ministries. Part Two - Learning Love, an in-depth study of the Gospel of John chapters 13-21, started January 9, 2019.

Women Together is a time of Bible study, worship, and prayer and at this time of year, we love to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Spring session begins April 4 for a 5-week study, “Thriving in Babylon,” by Larry Osborne.

Ladies Time Out - Winter 2019

Tuesdays from 9:30 - 11:30 AM

TIME OUT is for women at any stage of life. It’s a place for ladies to get together and relax, complete an activity, chat with other women, and leave inspired with our “Thought of the Day”. Invite your neighbours and friends to join us on Tuesday mornings this winter! This session we will focus on the theme of Re-Purpose. Join us as we look at different possibilities of
re-purposing our lives and many different things around us.

WIND-UP Brunch is thisTuesday, March 19, 2019, from 9:30 - 11:00 AM.
No Time Out will be held on March 26 due to Spring Break.

Starting in April, there will be 4 weeks of Studio Time. Come join us to work on your projects with other ladies!

Class OPTIONS

  • ESL - English as a Second Language
    Are you looking for ways to improve your English? Join us to enjoy conversation and laughter. This class will give you a lot of time to speak English. Our leaders will make it fun! No Registration Fee - donations welcome - $40 for childcare (if needed) - Men and Ladies welcome.

  • Cooking Class
    Do you enjoy cooking or would like to learn some new techniques or recipes? We will teach you how to repurpose ingredients to make something delicious! $35 for the class + Registration. $7 drop-in fee.

  • Card Making
    Oh, the things you can do with paper, ribbon, stamps, and so much more! Come and enjoy making beautiful, creative cards. Taught by Susan Bruyn. $40 for supplies + Registration Fee.

  • Repurposed Sewing Class
    Come learn to sew using recycled fabrics and materials and join us as we re-purpose it. Wendi DuChene will lead you through some great projects this winter. Supplies required - old t-shirts/thread and pillow stuffing. Supplies are extra - Project supply list available on Registration Day.

  • Bottom Drawer
    Bring your own project to get finished, started, or anywhere in between. It’s up to you! Enjoy the company of other ladies to chat with while you work on the project of your choice. Included in Registration Fee.

  • Fitness Exercise Class
    Come out and enjoy time with a great group of ladies as you push your fitness goals in the process. Included in Registration Fee. Childcare Fees if applicable.

  • Mom/Baby Fitness Class
    Have you had a baby in the last while? Would you like to come out and visit with other moms and keep your young ones with you? Come and try out this class where you will learn some easy exercise routines you can do with your little ones. Included in Registration Fee.

  • Children’s Dance Class
    You have the option of either choosing childcare or enrolling your 3-5 year old kids in a dance class. The dance class fee will be paid on Registration Day to the Instructor.

  • Knitting/Crocheting
    Do you want to learn how to knit or crochet? Beginner projects such as scarves and dish clothes are practical items to start with. Carole Stewart will show you how.

  • New Classes Coming!
